Last Min Idea
Tonight for the blog I decided that instead of saying what I am doing for Lent or some ideas for you, that I ask this :
Pray for what God wants you to do
Search your heart and see where you need to go
Pray before & after receiving ashes
Check area churches and see what they are offering
Talk to friends and ask them
The reason for this is that I feel we have to do what is right for us and not what may be right for someone else. It is our own personal journey in Lent and we need to make it personal. I am not saying don’t take from what others are doing but make sure it is something for you.
